I visited Northgate Park May 14th and wasn’t encouraged by what I saw.  FIrst, the gates were unlocked and children were playing in the park.  There were no workers present and the park is pretty torn up.  It seems to me that many of the promised improvements are pretty far off—check out the pictures.  Anyone hear anything? FJ
